$22.00 per hour
SUMMARY
This position holder will report directly to the Director of
Operations for SLC acting in a supervisory role over the four Resident
Advocates for the SRO’s and the RA for the SLC Supportive Housing and
Gaslight Village programs. The individual will maintain clear
communications with all RA’s, monitor and be aware of daily operations
of these programs, chair weekly RA’s meetings and report events and
outcomes of significance to the Director. The individual will have a
clear understanding of the program documentation and reporting
requirements and work with RA’s to produce required reports and
documentation. They will perform regular audits of all work and be
capable of training and orienteering new Resident Advocates. The
individual will assist the SLC SH/Gaslight Village RA in maintaining
that caseload, by providing sufficient direct client support in order
to satisfactorily provide services to all those clients.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Field resident concerns and day-to-day SRO issues in the absence of
the Director of Operations
Oversees completion of quarterly, annual or special reports
Coordinate representation at all SPOA meetings
Conduct community outreach to bring local organizations on site to
provide enriching activities for residents
Provide coverage at other locations when the assigned Resident
Advocate is absent
Oversee on-site orientation of new case managers
Responsible for development of materials used in on-site programming
and ensuring consistent implementation across sites
Complete case record reviews on a sample of SRO casefiles each
quarter and ensure any necessary corrections are made.
Attend quarterly Quality Assurance Review meetings
Coordinate follow-up from Quality Assurance Site visits and
documentation reviews
Supervises and evaluates performance of Resident Advocates for the
SRO’s and Gaslight Village
Follows agency policies and procedures in all program areas.
Develops and maintains good community relationships.
Conducts regular record keeping reviews and completes audits
according to procedure.
Assists in reviewing, evaluating, and further development of the case
management program.
Maintains client confidentiality at all times.
Reports to Director of Operations pertinent information concerning
illnesses, accidents, untoward events, staff difficulties, repair
needs, etc.
Will assist assigned SLC SH/Gaslight Village RA in maintaining
Supportive Housing and Gaslight Village resident caseload.
Other duties as assigned.
Management has the right to add or change the duties of this
position at any time.
Bachelor’s degree in the Human Services field; and two years related
experience and/or training working with seriously and persistently
mentally ill adults, or an Associate’s Degree in the Human Services
field and four years’ experience in human services. Preferred:
Supervisory experience and/or experience with developmentally delayed,
geriatric and co-occurring disorder clients.
